Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel beleuchtet die Herausforderungen, die im Arbeitsalltag täglich entstehen, wenn Neurodiversität in Führung und Teams nicht berücksichtigt wird. Es zeigt die Wechselwirkungen zwischen emotionaler Intelligenz, häufig auch fehlinterpretierten Körpersignalen und Führungserwartungen auf. Dabei wird deutlich, dass sowohl neurotypische als auch neurodivergente Führungsstile wirksam sein können, je nach Team und Unternehmenskultur. Hinweise zu typischen Fehlern, aber auch konkrete Strategien zur Kommunikation und Teamentwicklung sowie ein Abgleich gängiger Führungsmythen bilden die Basis für ein zeitgemäßes Verständnis neuroinklusiver Führung.
