Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Interaktionen, die im Alltag stattfinden, spielen sich für viele Teammitglieder fast automatisch ab. Neurodivergente Menschen aber haben andere intuitive Kommunikations- und Interaktionsstile, die gerade in der Onboarding-Phase und auch in der späteren Zusammenarbeit für Unsicherheit und Ausschluss sorgen. Eine geringe Aufnahmefähigkeit, geringere Zugehörigkeit und nur langsam hergestellte (oder aber später plötzlich abfallende) Performance sind nur einige der Folgen. Das Kapitel zeigt neue Perspektiven, um sowohl schon im Onboarding als auch in den folgenden Wochen der sich einspielenden Zusammenarbeit die Grundlagen für langfristigen Erfolg zu legen.
