Abstract

Zusammenfassung Führung zeigt sich in Gesprächen – immer wieder, immer neu. Dieses Kapitel nimmt dich mit auf eine systematische Reise durch die wichtigsten Gesprächsformate im Führungsalltag: vom ersten Onboarding bis zum letzten Feedback, von spontanen Tür-und-Angel-Gesprächen bis zu heiklen Gehalts- oder Krisengesprächen. Jedes Gespräch ist ein Touchpoint – ein Moment, in dem Beziehungen entstehen, Erwartungen geklärt und Entwicklungen angestoßen werden. Gute Gesprächsführung schafft Orientierung, Vertrauen und Fortschritt – für Mitarbeitende ebenso wie für Führungskräfte. Das Kapitel zeigt, wie Gesprächskultur bewusst gestaltet werden kann: klar, konstruktiv und mit Blick auf professionelle Reife. Konkrete Impulse für „Leading Down“ und „Leading Up“ zeigen, wie wir alle über Sprache führen können, von jeder Hierarchieebene aus.
