Abstract

Zusammenfassung Führung gelingt nicht durch Rezepte, sondern durch Orientierung in komplexen Systemen. Dieses Kapitel stellt die Touchpoint Leadership Map vor – ein Navigationsinstrument, das Führungskräften hilft, gezielt und situationsgerecht ins Gespräch zu gehen. Dabei geht es um mehr als Tools: Es braucht Metakompetenzen wie Reflexionsfähigkeit, Ambivalenz-Toleranz und kommunikative Klarheit. Führung bedeutet heute, Orientierung zu geben, Sinn zu stiften, gesundes Arbeiten zu ermöglichen und in Unsicherheiten handlungsfähig zu bleiben. Die Touchpoints dienen als strategische Haltepunkte für Entwicklung, Leistung, Organisation und Beziehung – immer verbunden mit der Frage: Was braucht es jetzt, um gemeinsam in Führung zu bleiben? Mit der Salutogenese, einer konstruktiven Eskalationspraxis und einer differenzierten Kommunikationskultur bietet dieses Kapitel praktische wie konzeptionelle Impulse, um Führung als gemeinsame Aufgabe zukunftsfähig zu gestalten.
