Abstract

Zusammenfassung Rollen klären, Beziehungen gestalten – darum geht es in diesem Kapitel. Wie gut ein Team funktioniert, hängt maßgeblich davon ab, wie professionell mit Rollen, Erwartungen und Macht umgegangen wird. Touchpoint Leadership schafft den Rahmen, in dem emotionale Intelligenz, psychologische Sicherheit und strukturelle Klarheit zusammenkommen. Das Kapitel zeigt, wie Rollenverhältnisse und Beziehungsmuster ineinandergreifen, welche toxischen Dynamiken entstehen können – und wie man sie auflöst. Es erklärt, warum emotionale Bedürftigkeit in Unternehmen fehl am Platz ist, wie Verantwortung sinnvoll verteilt wird und welche Werkzeuge helfen, um Führung wechselseitig wirksam zu machen. Konkrete Tools wie die Empathy Map machen erfahrbar, wie Führung auch „nach oben“ funktioniert – nicht als Rebellion, sondern als professionelle Beziehung auf Augenhöhe.
