Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die moderne Arbeitswelt ist geprägt von Multikrisen, Fachkräftemangel und der unaufhaltsamen Digitalisierung. In dieser VUCA-Welt (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) stehen Führungskräfte vor der Herausforderung, ihren Teams trotz Unsicherheiten Orientierung zu geben und gleichzeitig ihre eigene Belastbarkeit zu wahren. Touchpoint Leadership bietet einen klar strukturierten Ansatz, der Führung durch gezielte Berührungspunkte – sogenannte Touchpoints – planbar und effektiv macht. Diese Führungsanlässe fördern nicht nur die Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe, sondern entlasten Führungskräfte und stärken die Eigenverantwortung der Mitarbeitenden. Zentrale Prinzipien wie Partizipation, Kooperation und Empowerment schaffen eine Unternehmenskultur, die Resilienz, Innovation und Gesundheit fördert. Mit Fokus auf Verstehbarkeit, Machbarkeit und Sinnhaftigkeit schafft Touchpoint Leadership die Basis für nachhaltigen Erfolg – für Menschen und Unternehmen gleichermaßen.
