Abstract

Zusammenfassung Führung bedeutet, Entwicklung möglich zu machen – für andere und für sich selbst. Dieser Abschnitt beleuchtet, wie Menschen über Verantwortung wachsen, durch Feedback lernen und in Veränderungen hineinfinden. Entwicklungsorientierte Touchpoints markieren Momente, in denen Weichen gestellt werden: für Kompetenzaufbau, für Delegation mit Augenmaß, für Fehlerkultur, für Mitgestaltung. Sie zeigen, ob Führung auf Kontrolle oder auf Vertrauen setzt – und ob Mitarbeitende ihren Gestaltungsspielraum nutzen. Wer Führung als Entwicklungschance versteht, erkennt Potenziale, statt Defizite zu verwalten. Wer Führung einfordert, zeigt Haltung, ohne auf formale Titel zu warten. Entwicklungsorientierte Touchpoints machen sichtbar, wie aus Arbeit Wirksamkeit wird – und wie aus Menschen Persönlichkeiten werden, die Verantwortung tragen.
