Abstract

Zusammenfassung Am Ende einer Veranstaltung, eines Workshops oder einer Teamarbeit ist es von zentraler Bedeutung, dass alle Teilnehmer ein klares und gemeinsames Verständnis der erarbeiteten Inhalte entwickeln. Dies ist entscheidend, um sicherzustellen, dass die erarbeiteten Ergebnisse nachhaltig umgesetzt werden können. In Kap. 7 werden verschiedene Methoden und Techniken vorgestellt, die dazu dienen, eine strukturierte und zielgerichtete Zusammenfassung der Veranstaltung zu erreichen. Dazu gehören die Visualisierung von Entscheidungen, die Verknüpfung mit der ursprünglichen Zielsetzung sowie spezifische Methoden wie «Key Takeaways», «Erkenntnis-Poster» und «Elevator Pitches». Auch die Bedeutung von Feedbackrunden wird betont, um Verbesserungspotentiale zu identifizieren und die Teilnehmer in den Reflexionsprozess einzubinden. Im Anschluss wird die Bedeutung von klar definierten to-do’s und Verantwortlichkeiten hervorgehoben, um die Umsetzung der Ergebnisse sicherzustellen. Der abschließende Motivationsabschluss spielt eine wichtige Rolle, um die Teilnehmer mit einer positiven Perspektive und klaren Zielen in die nächste Phase der Nachbearbeitung zu führen. So wird sichergestellt, dass alle auf dem gleichen Stand sind und die Ergebnisse gezielt weiterverfolgt werden können.
