Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Hauptteil einer Klausurtagung oder eines Strategie-Workshops ist die Phase, in der die eigentliche inhaltliche Arbeit stattfindet. Dieses Kapitel beschreibt die wichtigsten Schritte, um eine strukturierte und zielgerichtete Diskussion zu ermöglichen. Methoden zur Analyse des Status quo werden vorgestellt, ebenso wie verschiedene Kreativtechniken zur Ideenfindung. Entscheidungsfindungsprozesse und Innovationsmethoden spielen eine zentrale Rolle. Zudem wird erläutert, wie die Ergebnisse visualisiert und dokumentiert werden, um eine nachhaltige Umsetzung sicherzustellen. Die richtige Mischung aus Struktur und Flexibilität ist entscheidend für den Erfolg.
