Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel gibt einen umfassenden Überblick über den strukturellen Aufbau, die konkrete Umsetzung und die Moderation einer Klausurtagung oder eines Strategie-Workshops. Die in «Kap. 2: Vorbereitung» erarbeiteten Planungs- und Abstimmungsprozesse bilden die Grundlage für eine erfolgreiche Durchführung, wobei neben der organisatorischen und inhaltlichen Gestaltung insbesondere die zentrale Rolle der Moderation hervorgehoben wird, die maßgeblich zur Steuerung der Veranstaltung beiträgt. Ein klar strukturierter Ablauf ermöglicht eine ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise, fördert konstruktive Diskussionen und sorgt für eine effektive Einbindung der Teilnehmer, wobei die Moderation eine Schlüsselrolle spielt, indem sie verschiedene Moderationstechniken einsetzt, Diskussionen gezielt lenkt und herausfordernde Situationen souverän meistert. Zudem werden Strategien für den Umgang mit Konflikten sowie Methoden zur Förderung einer offenen und konstruktiven Kommunikation detailliert beschrieben, mit dem Ziel, eine produktive und inspirierende Arbeitsatmosphäre zu schaffen, in der alle Teilnehmer aktiv mitwirken, klare Ergebnisse erzielt werden und tragfähige Strategien für die Zukunft entstehen.
