Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Institut für Angewandte Psychologie (IAP) setzt seit Jahren digitale Medien in seinen Weiterbildungsangeboten ein und baut diese kontinuierlich aus. Dieser Prozess hat sich zunächst organisch entwickelt. Die hohe Dynamik des digitalen Wandels hat jedoch gezeigt, dass für ein hochwertiges Bildungsmanagement definierte und formulierte Rahmenbedingungen sinnvoll sind. Sie gewährleisten Verbindlichkeit und bieten Orientierung. Wie das aus dieser Erkenntnis heraus entstandene E-Learning-Konzept und insbesondere das Entwicklungsinstrument „E-Learning-Matrix“ dazu beitragen, beschreibt dieser Beitrag.
