Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel geht es um das Finden von geeigneten Lernstrategien als Antwort auf die Herausforderungen der neuen Arbeitswelt. Dabei spielen Anpassungs- und Innovationsfähigkeit eine große Rolle. Damit sich Organisationen und Mitarbeitende optimal auf veränderte Bedingungen anpassen können, braucht es mehr als nur klassische Lernstrategien. Agiles Lernen wird als Antwort auf die zunehmende Veränderungsgeschwindigkeit in der Arbeitswelt verstanden und mit klassischen Lernformen verglichen. Mittels praxisnaher Methoden und Instrumente wird aufgezeigt, welche Lernstrategie optimal ist und wie agiles Lernen in Organisationen gefördert werden kann. Dabei spielen Unternehmenskultur, Teamstrukturen, Mindset und eingesetzte Technologie eine zentrale Rolle. Abschließend werden Best Practices und Ansätze zur Erfolgsmessung agiler Lernprozesse vorgestellt.
