Abstract

This chapter primarily deals with the communication of data in project management. The author distinguishes between project and project portfolio management and their different requirements for data analysis and communication. She explains how data presentations currently take place, what problems data lakes can pose for internal communication, and what trends are emerging for communication in companies. She also points out the conflict of how to efficiently create presentations without overloaded texts, without having to sacrifice content. This way, even those interested who did not attend the meeting can thoroughly inform themselves about the content.
