Abstract

ZusammenfassungDie exponentielle Beschleunigung technologischer und wirtschaftlicher Entwicklungen stellt Organisationen vor beispiellose Herausforderungen. Dieses Kapitel analysiert die fundamentalen Transformationsnotwendigkeiten für verschiedene Stakeholdergruppen und Organisationsbereiche im Kontext des Hockeystick-Zeitalters. Es beleuchtet zentrale Überlebensimperative und kritische Einfluss-Sphären, die über den künftigen Erfolg von Organisationen entscheiden. Dabei wird deutlich, dass traditionelle Adaptionsstrategien den Anforderungen dieser neuen Ära nicht mehr gerecht werden. Die Analyse mündet in der Erkenntnis, dass sich Organisationen an einem transformativen Wendepunkt befinden, der fundamentale Neuausrichtungen in Strategie, Struktur und Kultur erfordert.
