Abstract

ZusammenfassungDas Hockeystick-Zeitalter kennzeichnet eine Phase grundlegender Transformation, die durch exponentielle technologische Entwicklungen und die schnelle Evolution Künstlicher Intelligenz geprägt ist. Dieses Kapitel analysiert die charakteristischen Merkmale dieser Epoche und ihre tiefgreifenden Auswirkungen auf Organisationen. Es beleuchtet die veränderten Rahmenbedingungen und entstehenden Zielkonflikte sowie die daraus resultierenden Handlungsnotwendigkeiten. Dabei steht insbesondere die transformative Wirkung der KI-Revolution als grundlegender Treiber organisationalen Wandels im Fokus. Die Integration fortschrittlicher Technologien wie generative KI, KI-Agenten, kognitive Roboter und KI-Welt-Modelle sowie die Anpassung an agile und widerstandsfähige Organisationsstrukturen erweisen sich als zentrale Herausforderungen in einer Zeit beispielloser Veränderungsdynamik, die letztlich zu einer Token-Ökonomie als neuem Wirtschafts- und Betriebsmodell führt.
