ZusammenfassungDer Transformative Kern bildet das zentrale Steuerungs- und Befähigungselement im CDTX-Framework mit fünf integrierten Dimensionen: Der existenziell-visionäre Transformationszweck definiert den übergeordneten Leitstern der Transformation. Die transformative Organisationsstruktur schafft den strukturellen Rahmen mit spezialisierten Elementen wie TPMO und TADES. Der transformative Digital- und KI-Kern liefert das technologische Fundament mit KI-Strategie, Token-Ökonomie und digitaler Entscheidungsexzellenz. Die transformative Mitarbeiterentwicklung sichert mit dem 12E-Modell die systematische Evolution menschlicher Potenziale. Durch standardisierte Transformationsdokumente und klare Governance-Mechanismen ermöglicht der Transformative Kern die exponentielle Codierung der Organisation und bildet das Betriebssystem für die Token-Ökonomie als zukunftsweisendes Betriebsmodell der Hockeystick-Organisation.
