Abstract

ZusammenfassungDas Portfolio-Excellence-Wheel (PEW) ist ein ganzheitliches Steuerungsinstrument im CDTX-Framework zur systematischen und vollständigen Inventarisierung, Optimierung und Transformation aller organisationalen Assets. Es orchestriert die Evolution der gesamten Asset-Landschaft über Domänen und Portfolio-Elemente hinweg und schafft Transparenz über Wertbeiträge. Durch die konsequente Attributisierung, Tokenisierung und multidimensionale Bewertung der Assets ermöglicht es gezielte Optimierungsmaßnahmen wie Effizienzsteigerung, Automatisierung, KI-Integration, Disruption und Mehrfachmonetarisierung. Der iterative PEW-Prozess operationalisiert die doppelte Ambidextrie, indem er die Balance zwischen Exploitation, Exploration und Zukunftsfähigkeit systematisch steuert. Das PEW integriert sich nahtlos in das CDTX-Gesamtframework und bildet die Grundlage für maximale Wertschöpfung im Hockeystick-Zeitalter.
