Abstract

ZusammenfassungDie strategische Steuerung mit CDTX etabliert eine innovative Architektur für die erfolgreiche Transformation großer Organisationen im Hockeystick-Zeitalter. Die viergliedrige Steuerungsarchitektur umfasst das Joint-Alignment-Wheel (JAW) für strategische Rahmenbedingungen, das Portfolio-Excellence-Wheel (PEW) für die Wertschöpfung, den Transformativen Kern (TK) für die organisationale Evolution sowie die strategische Steuerung der Synergetischen Dual-Token-Ökonomie. Die doppelte Ambidextrie erweitert die klassische Balance zwischen Exploitation und Exploration um die dritte Dimension der Zukunftsfähigkeit. Ein mehrdimensionales Scoring-Modell mit den Artefakten Transformation & Performance Status, Maturity Status, Token Economy Status und der CDTX Scorecard liefert die notwendige Transparenz und datenbasierte Entscheidungsgrundlage. CDTX macht Transformation zum Wegweiser aller strategischen Entscheidungen und ermöglicht systematische Balance zwischen Performance und Zukunftssicherung.
