Abstract

ZusammenfassungIm Zentrum von CDTX steht die Wertschöpfung durch einen radikalen Asset-basierten Ansatz und die konsequente Tokenisierung in der Token-Ökonomie. Die Organisationale und die KI-Token-Ökonomie bilden ein synergetisches Dual-Token-Ökosystem als Betriebsmodell der Hockeystick-Organisation. Wertschöpfungsmechanismen wie Asset-Lebenszyklus, Blockchain-basierte Token-Systeme, doppelte Ambidextrie und KI als zentraler Multiplikator ermöglichen exponentielles Wachstum. Die adaptive Implementierung, Einbindung in globale Ökosysteme und Balance von Planung, Transparenz, Iteration und Risikomanagement sichern nachhaltige Resilienz. Mensch, Organisation und Technologie bilden eine harmonische Einheit. Trotz anfänglicher Investitionen und Herausforderungen bietet CDTX insbesondere großen, komplexen Organisationen unter hohem Innovations- und Regulierungsdruck ein zukunftsweisendes Transformationsmodell.
