Abstract

Zusammenfassung Organisation ist mehr als ein Organigramm – sie ist das strukturgebende Fundament jeder Führungstätigkeit. Gerade im Rettungsdienst, wo Veränderungen wie neue Standorte, Ausschreibungen oder gesetzliche Anforderungen schnell Realität werden, braucht es flexible und zugleich stabile Strukturen. Dieses Kapitel zeigt, wie Aufbauorganisation gezielt gestaltet und weiterentwickelt werden kann – mit praxisnahen Beispielen, klassischen Organisationsmodellen und einem systematischen Vorgehen von der Aufgabenanalyse bis zur Stellenbildung. Dabei stehen Orientierung, Verantwortungs­klarheit und die Stärkung der zweiten Führungsebene im Fokus. Ziel ist es, Führungskräften ein praxiserprobtes Handwerkszeug zu vermitteln, um Veränderungen souverän zu begleiten und tragfähige Organisationsformen zu schaffen – für mehr Effizienz, Motivation und Zukunftsfähigkeit im Rettungsdienst.
