Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel zeigt, wie Kommunikation als zentrales Führungsinstrument im Rettungsdienst wirksam eingesetzt werden kann. Es behandelt die drei Kommunikationsebenen (verbal, paraverbal, nonverbal) und stellt mit der Transaktionsanalyse ein Modell vor, das Führungskräften hilft, Ich-Zustände zu erkennen und Gespräche konstruktiv zu steuern. Ein Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem Einsatz systemischer Fragen zur Gesprächsführung. Dabei wird gezeigt, wie durch gezielte Vorbereitung, offene Fragen und innere Haltung auch schwierige Gespräche souverän geführt werden können – sei es im Team, mit einzelnen Mitarbeitenden oder in Konfliktsituationen. Kommunikationsbarrieren und typische Stolpersteine werden benannt und konkrete Strategien zur Vermeidung aufgezeigt.
