Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kap. 3 zeigt, warum Dienstplanung weit mehr ist als das Verteilen von Schichten. Im Rettungsdienst ist der Dienstplan ein zentrales Führungsinstrument – mit direkter Wirkung auf Motivation, Fairness und Mitarbeiterbindung. Das Kapitel beleuchtet praxisnah, wie gute Dienstplanung gelingt, wie Mitarbeitende sinnvoll beteiligt werden können und was sie als gerecht empfinden. Es zeigt typische Stolperfallen, gibt konkrete Gestaltungstipps und verdeutlicht, wie durchdachte Planung die Stimmung im Team, den Krankenstand und die Fluktuation positiv beeinflussen kann.
