Abstract

Zusammenfassung Angeleitete Dialoge gehören zu den wichtigsten Formaten der Sinnstiftung in Veranstaltungen. Multiperspektivität, die im Austausch auf Augenhöhe entsteht, ist die angemessene Antwort auf die komplexen Herausforderungen in einer Zeit der Polykrisen. Tiefere Formen des Zuhörens gehören zum Erfolgsgeheimnis von Dialogkreisen. Storytelling gewinnt im Business-Kontext an Bedeutung. Events können kraftvolle Narrative nutzen, die Teilnehmende informieren und motivieren. Archetypische Formen wie die Heldenreise können den roten Faden einer kompletten Eventdramaturgie bilden. Persönliche Geschichten, die von den Teilnehmenden geteilt werden, bieten einen anschaulichen Zugang zu komplexen Themen. Methoden wie das Collective Story Harvesting haben sich bewährt, um gemeinsam herausfordernde Situationen zu meistern. Utopisches Denken, richtig verstanden, kann einen wichtige Beitrag zur Sinnstiftung leisten. Im Praxisteil werden Anleitungen für gelingende Gespräche und den Einsatz von Storytelling in der Eventdramaturgie gegeben.
