Abstract

Zusammenfassung Psychologische Sicherheit ist entscheidend für effektive Kommunikation, Lernen und Zusammenarbeit. Sie zeigt sich in einer angstfreien Atmosphäre. Teilnehmende sollten sich sicher fühlen, ohne Angst vor Bloßstellung. Für einen konstruktiven Umgang mit Unsicherheit haben sich Methoden aus dem Improvisationstheater als hilfreich erwiesen. Inklusion, ein Menschenrecht gemäß der UN-Behindertenrechtskonvention, wird künftig auch in Compliance-Regeln für Veranstaltungen verankert sein. Sie berücksichtigt verschiedene Bedürfnisse, darunter Gendergerechtigkeit, körperliche Einschränkungen und geistige Andersartigkeit. Networking bleibt ein zentrales Motiv für Veranstaltungen, weshalb die Eventdramaturgie Großformate und Kleingruppen sinnvoll kombinieren muss. Neue Technologien können das Matchmaking unterstützen. Formate zum Kennenlernen sind essenziell, um Vertrauen aufzubauen und eine hohe Begegnungsqualität zu gewährleisten, sodass Teilnehmende inspirierende Kontakte knüpfen können.
