Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Kapitel betrachtet die Herausforderungen, wenn Menschen auf Organisationen treffen. Neben dem vorherrschenden Menschenbild wird die geschichtliche Entwicklung zur Haltung des Managements gegenüber Veränderungen betrachtet. Dabei werden sowohl die Entwicklungsstufen aus Sicht der Neuroökonomie und Managementansätze thematisiert. Zusätzlich wird der Ablauf von Veränderungen in den Kontext der biologischen Gegebenheiten des Menschen gesetzt. Veränderung hat gravierende Auswirkungen auf das Gehirn und löst Reaktionen und Emotionen aus. Dabei zeigt sich besonders, dass das Gehirn nicht auf die heutige Arbeitswelt vorbereitet ist.
