Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Vorstellung von Zukunftsvisionen spielt eine entscheidende Rolle in der Entwicklung einer nachhaltigen Hochschulkultur. Sie fungiert nicht nur als psychologisches und motivationales Instrument, sondern ermöglicht es uns auch, konkrete Ziele zu definieren und uns auf diese auszurichten. Indem wir uns ein Bild von der idealen Bildung der Zukunft machen, können wir unsere Gedanken, Worte und letztendlich unser Handeln darauf ausrichten, diese Visionen zu verwirklichen. Diese Vorstellungen helfen uns, die Herausforderungen von heute zu bewältigen und einen klaren Weg in eine nachhaltige Zukunft zu skizzieren. In diesem Kapitel werden verschiedene Szenarien für die Hochschulen der Zukunft entworfen und dabei innovative Konzepte und Ideen präsentiert, die sowohl technologisch als auch menschlich inspirierend sind.
