Abstract

Zusammenfassung Jungen Menschen die Möglichkeit zu geben, sich direkt, sichtbar und wirksam politisch zu engagieren, rückt seit einigen Jahren in den sozialpolitischen und sozialrechtlichen Fokus. Die Kinder- und Jugendhilfe unterstützt dieses Ziel sowohl in der allgemeinen Öffentlichkeit als auch in der kommunalen und überregionalen Gemeinwesenarbeit. Die Offene Kinder- und Jugendarbeit (OKJA) macht in dieser Hinsicht gezielt Angebote, mittels derer Kinder und Jugendliche eigene Entscheidungsprozesse gestalten können. Im Mittelpunkt der Fallstudie stehen die Fragen, wie im offenen Kinder- und Jugendtreffpunkt SPUNK einer kleinen Gemeinde, geleitet von Herrn Walther, der (soziale) Innovationsgedanke auf das Handlungsfeld der OKJA übertragen werden kann, welche Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten seitens eines Projektteams benötigt werden und wie Kooperationen und/oder Netzwerke organisationsübergreifend entstehen können.
