Fallstudie: Geflüchtetensozialarbeit im Rahmen von Adaptive Leadership

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Auseinandersetzung mit sich ständig verändernden rechtlichen, finanziellen, personellen und sachlichen Ressourcen und Rahmenbedingungen sowie Bedarfslagen der Klienten, Klientinnen ist ein Hauptmerkmal der Arbeit mit Geflüchteten und Migranten, Migrantinnen. Adaptives Führen erlaubt es Sozialarbeitern, Sozialarbeiterinnen nicht nur in Situationen, die von Unsicherheit und Unübersichtlichkeit geprägt sind, wirksam zu handeln, sondern auch aktiv zielführende Lösungen zu entwickeln, die die Bedürfnisse, Erwartungen und Ziele einer Vielzahl von Interessengruppen in die Entscheidungsfindung einfließen lassen. Im Rahmen der Fallstudie stellt sich die Aufgabe, dass eine Wohngruppenleiterin in einer akuten Situation in der Flüchtlingssozialarbeit (FSA) bzw. Migrationssozialarbeit (MSA) eine Lösung für die Unterbringung einer Gruppe unbegleiteter minderjähriger Geflüchteter (umG) organisieren muss. Dabei sind nicht nur die Interessen der Mitarbeitenden, die mit der Situation überfordert sind, sondern auch weitere Stakeholder (z. B. das Jugendamt) zu berücksichtigen.
