Abstract

Zusammenfassung Betriebliche Sozialarbeit (BSA) bzw. Betriebliche Sozialberatung (BSB) als Teil des Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements unterstützt Mitarbeitende in unterschiedlichen sozialen Lebenslagen und wird unternehmensintern oder -extern angeboten. Nicht selten tragen Sozialarbeitende die Verantwortung für die Angebotsgestaltung und müssen sich im Rahmen der Implementierung und Durchführung eines BSA/BSB neuen Managementaufgaben stellen. Teilweise greifen sie in bestehende Kernprozesse ein und dies häufig ohne Weisungsbefugnis. In der folgenden Fallstudie „Externe Mitarbeiter(sozial)beratung“ ist die Sozialarbeiterin Frau Joseph für ein extern betreutes Angebot zur Betrieblichen Sozialberatung beim Unternehmen „H&A Production“ verantwortlich. Im Mittelpunkt der BSA/BSB stehen die Themen Familie, Pflege, psychische Probleme und Verschuldung. Frau Joseph wird von ihrer Trägerleitung mit dem Aufbau einer BSA/BSB betraut, wobei ihr keine weiteren personellen Ressourcen bereitgestellt werden. Langfristig, so die Erwartung ihrer Geschäftsführung, soll dieses externe Beratungsangebot zur positiven Entwicklung des Trägers beitragen und es sollen weitere regionale Unternehmen gewonnen werden. Aufgrund von verschiedensten Zielkonflikten, begrenzten Ressourcen und bestehenden Routinen sieht sich Frau Joseph vielfach mit Herausforderungen konfrontiert.
