Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Kapitel befasst sich mit dem Umgang mit Krisen im Team und den Strategien, die Führungskräfte nutzen können, um Krisensituationen zu bewältigen und die Resilienz des Teams zu stärken. Es behandelt, wie emotionale und organisatorische Herausforderungen oft als „Krise“ erlebt werden, obwohl sie nicht immer existenzielle Bedrohungen darstellen. Kernpunkt des Kapitels ist die Bedeutung von Führung im Umgang mit Krisen: Führungskräfte müssen Stabilität und Orientierung bieten, ohne den Raum für flexible Anpassungen und Mitarbeitereinbeziehung zu verlieren. Strukturen wie regelmäßige Stand-up-Meetings, Fallintervisionen und Teamretrospektiven helfen dabei, sowohl Information und Aufgaben klar zu verteilen als auch ein Klima des Feedbacks und kontinuierlichen Lernens zu schaffen. In Krisensituationen spielt der strategische Einsatz solcher Routinen eine zentrale Rolle für die Entwicklung der Teamresilienz und die Schaffung einer stabilen Kultur, die auf Vertrauen und regelmäßiger Reflexion basiert.
