Abstract

Zusammenfassung Es ist immer alles in Bewegung. Notwendige Veränderungen finden immer statt – die Frage ist, auf welchem Weg. Vor dem Hintergrund der Überzeugung, dass Kulturentwicklung der Schlüssel zu lebendigen, agilen und damit funktionalen Organisationen ist, wird in diesem Kapitel theoretisch und anhand eines Praxisbeispiels das Konzept der lebendigen Organisation erläutert. Aus der Perspektive eines systemischen Organisationsverständnisses gehen wir der Frage nach, welche Hebel für nachhaltige Veränderungen in Organisationssystemen bedeutend sind. In einer lebendigen, anpassungsfähigen – agilen – Organisationskultur ist es gelungen, Reflexion und Irritation als Routine und Automatismus zu integrieren, was das gesamte Organisationssystem Schritt für Schritt resilienter und kompensationsfähiger gegenüber Veränderungsanforderungen macht. Ansatzpunkte für mehr Lebendigkeit in Organisationen: Vertrauen, Routinen und Experimente etablieren.
