Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel bietet einen umfassenden Fragenkatalog zur Selbstreflexion und Analyse eigener Denk- und Verhaltensmuster sowie von Organisationsstrukturen. Die Fragen zielen darauf ab, Veränderungsprozesse aktiv mit dem Fokus auf individuelle wie kollektive Verantwortlichkeiten zu gestalten und dabei Werte in den Mittelpunkt zu rücken. Sie regen dazu an, die eigene Haltung zu prüfen, psychologische Sicherheit zu fördern und den Umgang mit Komplexität, Unsicherheiten und Krisen zu verbessern. Praktische Ansätze wie iterative Prozesse, Priorisierung und eine stärkere Einbindung von Mitarbeitenden und Bürgerinnen stehen im Fokus, um Organisationen anpassungsfähiger und werteorientierter auszurichten. Dabei werden sowohl persönliche Gewohnheiten als auch organisatorische Routinen hinterfragt, um konkrete Entwicklungsimpulse zu setzen und eine nachhaltige Veränderung zu ermöglichen.
