Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Offboardingphase (auch Exitmanagement genannt) eines Mitarbeitenden ist zwar die letzte Phase, aber dennoch eine sehr entscheidende in der Employee Journey. Das Offboarding hat weitreichende Auswirkungen auf die verbleibenden Mitarbeitenden und auf das Image des Unternehmens. Ein strukturierter und empathischer Ansatz kann nicht nur rechtliche Risiken minimieren, sondern auch dazu beitragen, ausscheidende Mitarbeitende als potenzielle Botschafter des Unternehmens zu gewinnen. In diesem Kapitel werden daher die zentralen Elemente eines modernen Offboardingprozesses vertiefend dargestellt. Hierzu gehören im Wesentlichen die differenzierte Betrachtung des gesamten Offboardingprozesses, die Darstellung der Inhalte und Abläufe von Trennungsgesprächen sowie die Detaillierung des Themas Alumninetzwerke und warum diese gerade in der heutigen Zeit so wichtig sind. Außerdem stellen wir noch Best-Practice-Beispiele, Checklisten und Beispiele für die Messung durch Kennzahlen und KPI bzw. für die Erhebung relevanter Daten und Informationen zu dieser Phase zur Verfügung.
