Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel gehen wir auf die Grundlagen, die Definition und die Bedeutung der Employee Journey ein. Hierbei illustrieren wir die Employee-Journey-Phasen und gehen auf die ersten wichtigen Themen diesbezüglich ein. Da aus unserer Sicht vor allem die Unternehmens- und Führungskultur und das damit verbundene Mindset von Unternehmenslenkern und Führungskräften die Grundlage für eine erfolgreiche Employee Journey bildet, betrachten wir dieses Thema etwas genauer. Weiterhin erhält das Thema New Work in diesem Buch einen besonderen Stellenwert. Daher starten wir in diesem Kapitel zunächst einmal mit der differenzierten Betrachtung der damit verbundenen wichtigen Begrifflichkeiten, die wir in jedem Kapitel zu den unterschiedlichen Employee-Journey-Phasen wiederfinden werden.
