Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Bedeutung von Vertrauen im B2B-Kontext ist nicht neu, da fehlendes Vertrauen als eine der größten Barrieren für die Datenteilung gilt. Vertrauenswürdige Unternehmen profitieren von niedrigeren Transaktionskosten, besserem Informationsaustausch und höherer Innovationsleistung. Vertrauen in einem B2B-Ökosystem basiert auf mehreren Erfolgsfaktoren und kann systematisch erarbeitet werden. In diesem Beitrag werden die Treiber und Barrieren sowie die wichtigsten Prinzipien für den Aufbau von Vertrauen in B2B-Geschäftsbeziehungen erläutert und praxisbezogene Handlungsempfehlungen abgeleitet.
