Abstract

Zusammenfassung In dieser Fallstudie wird ein aktuelles Entwicklungsprojekt zwischen Grüninger Mühlen und Bühler Group vorgestellt. Die Studie beleuchtet, wie der kollaborative Datenaustausch entscheidend zur Verbesserung der betrieblichen Effizienz, der Produktqualität und der Innovation bei Grüninger Mühlen beigetragen hat. Insbesondere wird auf die entscheidende Rolle von Vertrauen, Kultur, Governance und IT-Sicherheit innerhalb der Partnerschaft eingegangen. Die Fallstudie hebt die Herausforderungen und die umgesetzten Lösungen hervor und bietet Einblicke in das Potenzial der gemeinsamen Nutzung von Daten zur Förderung von Wettbewerbsvorteilen und nachhaltigem Wachstum.
