Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Cleanfix Reinigungssysteme AG entwickelt Reinigungsmaschinen für geschäftliche Kunden. Um den kontinuierlich steigenden Ansprüchen der Kunden und dem globalen Konkurrenzdruck gerecht zu werden, hat Cleanfix die Innovation in den letzten gut zehn Jahren auf zunehmend automatisierte Reinigungsroboter fokussiert. Diese sind mit Sensoren ausgerüstet und können über eine Cloud vernetzt werden, was den Kunden höhere Leistung und Qualität wie auch einen höheren Automatisierungsgrad und somit Effizienz ermöglicht. Damit einher geht die ganze Palette an Fragestellungen: Wie können die Kunden überzeugt werden, dass sich die cloudbasierte Vernetzung der Reinigungsroboter lohnt? Wie führt man die Kunden an die neuen Lösungen heran, und wie lässt sich das Vertrauen der Kunden in den Wert und die Sicherheit der Lösung schaffen und erhalten? Dieser Beitrag beschreibt, welche Schritte Cleanfix auf dieser Reise unternimmt.
