Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Unternehmen BHB BoardingHouse am Bodensee GmbH und die PUBO GmbH bieten im Verbund im Raum Bodensee/Oberschwaben Personalunterkünfte für Dienstleister an. Ihre hochautomatisierten End-to-End-Prozesse umfassen sämtliche Schritte von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Abrechnung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die erfolgreiche Vernetzung der Türschließsysteme für Zimmer und Hauseingänge in den Unterkünften mit dem cloudbasierten Hotelbuchungssystem und dessen Integration mit der Einsatzplanung für Reinigungs- und Wartungspersonal. Für diese Integration arbeiten die Unternehmen eng mit dem Cloud-Softwareanbieter ILOCA Systems und dem Anbieter von IoT-Schlössern RANLOX zusammen. Dies ermöglicht es, Echtzeitdaten zu nutzen, um Ressourcen effizient zu planen und einen reibungslosen Workflow zu gewährleisten. Dabei müssen die am Datenökosystem Beteiligten jedoch auch die Herausforderungen der fünf Dimensionen des Data Sharing Framework bewältigen, darunter die Schaffung von Mehrwert für Ökosystempartner und Kunden, den Aufbau von Vertrauen, die Etablierung einer Data Governance und die Gewährleistung der IT-Sicherheit, um die Vorteile der Datennutzung voll auszuschöpfen.
