Abstract

What are the current requirements for supervisory and advisory board members? What values and qualities must candidates bring? What characteristics are necessary in today’s times? And what role does ambidexterity play? In Chapter 5, we speak with the executive search expert and psychologist Stephanie Schorp and focus on the ideal personality profile for advisory and supervisory boards in the context of major upheavals and transformations.
