Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Backhaus Hennig ist eine Handwerksbäckerei mit 84 Filialen, in der ca. 1100 Mitarbeiter, hauptsächlich als Bäcker, Konditoren und Verkäufer tätig sind. Dies bedeutet über 90 % sind Deskless Worker. Diese Mitarbeiter sind entscheidend für den Unternehmenserfolg, da sie sowohl die Qualität der Produkte als auch das Verkaufserlebnis bestimmen. Aktuell sieht das Unternehmen eine Herausforderung in einer hohen Krankenquote und dem Fachkräftebedarf, konnte jedoch durch zielgerichtet verschlankte Recruiting-Prozesse die meisten offenen Stellen besetzen. Bei der Personalarbeit für Deskless WorkerDeskless Worker wird vor allem auf die Berechenbarkeit der Dienstpläne und ein intensives Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter Wert gelegt, um die Zufriedenheit zu erhöhen und die Fluktuation zu verringern. Um sich auf zukünftige Anforderungen und das weitere Wachstum des Unternehmens vorzubereiten, betreibt das Unternehmen ein aktives und regional ausgerichtetes Azubi-Marketing.
