Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der ehedem oft eher auf IT- und MINT-Fachkräfte gemünzte Fachkräftemangel hat sich zu einem allgemeinen Arbeitskräftemangel ausgewachsen und betrifft auch und insbesondere nicht akademische, handwerkliche, gewerbliche und technische Berufe. Arbeitskräftemangel ist ein Blue-Collar-Thema. Es bedarf daher innovativer Lösungen im Bereich der Personalgewinnung, idealerweise solcher Lösungen, die gleichzeitig die Attraktivität der jeweiligen Berufsbilder aufzeigen sowie berufsorientierend wirken. Dieser Artikel beschreibt, wie Recruiting Games, also online durchführbare BerufsorientierungsspieleBerufsorientierungsspiel, die man sich wie „Kurz-Praktika“ vorstellen kann, diese Aufgaben übernehmen können. Im Beitrag werden vier Beispiele – von Porsche, TenneT, EDEKA Südwest und Deutsche Post DHL – vorgestellt und beschrieben, wie diese verschiedene handwerkliche, gewerbliche und technische Berufe in besonderer Weise erlebbar machen.
