Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Wandel vom Arbeitgeber- zum Arbeitnehmermarkt fordert von Handwerksunternehmen ein konsequentes Umdenken bei der Personalbeschaffung. Sie sind zunehmend gezwungen, sich aktiver als bisher um neue Mitarbeitende zu bemühen und die Attraktivität als Arbeitgeber zu erhöhen. Dazu gehört die Überprüfung der Arbeitsbedingungen ebenso wie hier ggf. notwendige Veränderungen vorzunehmen. Im Mittelpunkt steht dabei eine stärkere Fokussierung auf die Bedürfnisse und Erwartungen potenzieller Bewerbender und die nachhaltige Flexibilisierung der Bewerbungsprozesse. Hierbei kann es durchaus Sinn machen, auf die Hilfe von Dienstleistern zurückzugreifen, um die eigenen Prozesse zu optimieren bzw. Prozesse durch die Dienstleister ausführen zu lassen. Handwerksunternehmen sollten die Flexibilisierung der Recruiting-Prozesse als Herausforderung begreifen, um ihre Chancen im Wettbewerb um geeignete Mitarbeiter zu erhöhen. Die Flexibilisierung der Recruiting-Prozesse kann somit zum entscheidenden Erfolgsfaktor bei der erfolgreichen Mitarbeitergewinnung im Handwerk werden.
