Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel bietet praxisnahe Einblicke in die erfolgreiche Rekrutierung gewerblicher Mitarbeiter*innen für KMUs. Es legt den Fokus auf effiziente Strategien und Maßnahmen, die speziell auf die Bedürfnisse und Erwartungen dieser Zielgruppe zugeschnitten sind. Der vorgestellte DreiphasenansatzDreiphasenansatz reicht von sofortigen Optimierungsmaßnahmen über die langfristige Professionalisierung bis hin zu strategischen Langzeitinitiativen. Praktische Beispiele und Erfahrungen aus verschiedenen Projekten mit Fokus auf die erfolgreiche strategische Transformation der Personalgewinnung beim mittelständischen Unternehmen Arverio Deutschland (vormals Go-Ahead) zeigen auf, welches große Potenzial mit überschaubaren Mitteln zu heben ist.
