Abstract

Zusammenfassung Es geht in diesem Beitrag um die Bedürfnisse von Frontline Workern und wie deren Arbeitserfahrungen mithilfe eines digitalen Workforce Managements entscheidend verbessert werden können. Dieser Beitrag beschreibt auf Basis vorliegender Studienergebnisse umfassend die Situation im Bereich der Frontline WorkerFrontline Worker und stellt Möglichkeiten vor, wie hier Verbesserungen insbesondere mithilfe der Gestaltung und Umsetzung moderner Dienstpläne erreicht werden können. Weiterhin werden Erfahrungen dargestellt, die sich aus der Einführung und Anwendung digitaler Workforce-Management-Systeme ergeben. Diese erlauben, weit stärker als bisher, die Bedürfnisse der hier betrachteten Mitarbeitenden zu berücksichtigen. Mit ihrer Anwendung wird es möglich, ein integratives, unterstützendes und damit motivierendes Umfeld für Frontline Worker zu schaffen.
