Abstract

Zusammenfassung Bei der St. Franziskus-Stiftung handelt es sich um eine der größten konfessionellen Krankenhausgruppen Deutschlands mit 14 Krankenhäusern sowie zehn Behinderten- und Senioreneinrichtungen in NRW und Bremen. Über 15.000 Mitarbeitende, darunter Pflegekräfte (ca. 50 %) und medizinisches Personal (ca. 12 %), gewährleisten die Versorgung von jährlich über 570.000 Patienten. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter im Bereich Deskless Work sind das Herzstück der Stiftung, da sie durch ihre tägliche Arbeit direkt das Wohlbefinden der Patienten beeinflussen. Aktuelle Herausforderungen in der Personalarbeit sind die Rekrutierung und Bindung von FachkräfteFachkraftn, die Arbeitszeitflexibilität und die Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern. Ein Beispiel für die Berücksichtigung der individuellen Bedürfnisse von Deskless Workern ist das Projekt „Flexteam“, das flexible Arbeitszeiten ermöglicht und somit die Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Privatleben verbessert und die Gewinnung neuer Mitarbeiter ermöglicht. Für die Zukunft wird ein vermehrter Einsatz von digitalen Tools, eine steigende Nachfrage nach flexiblen Arbeitszeitmodellen und innovativen Arbeitskonzepten angestrebt, die die Selbstbestimmung und Flexibilität der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter fördern.
