Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Bedürfnisse der Mitarbeitenden zu verstehen, ist der erste Schritt, um die Arbeitserfahrung von Deskless Workern zu verbessern. Doch gerade weil Mitarbeitende ohne festen Arbeitsplatz schwer erreichbar und sehr unterschiedlichen Arbeitsanforderungen ausgesetzt sind, scheitert häufig die Einführung und effektive Nutzung von Feedback-FeedbackProzessen. Dieser Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über aktuelle Trends im Aufbau von Feedback-Landschaften und stellt ein Prozessmodell zur Einführung und Umsetzung von Mitarbeitenden-Feedback in Unternehmen mit einem hohen Anteil an Deskless Workern vor. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf möglichen Fallstricken und Erfolgsfaktoren entlang von sieben zentralen Meilensteinen – von der Definition der „richtigen“ Ziele über fortschrittliche AnalysenAnalyse, fortschrittlich bis hin zu effektiven Folgeprozessen. Diese wissenschaftlich fundierten Empfehlungen werden angereichert mit praktischen Tipps und Beispielen, die zeigen, wie Unternehmen mit Feedback und Befragungen einen echten Mehrwert erzielen.
