Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die interne Kommunikation mit Deskless WorkerDeskless Workern ist für Unternehmen eine besondere Herausforderung, da diese Mitarbeitenden oft nur begrenzten Zugang zu digitalen Kommunikationsmitteln haben. Dennoch ist eine effektive Kommunikation entscheidend, um Unternehmenskultur zu fördern, die Motivation zu steigern und Veränderungsprozesse zu unterstützen. Digitale Transformation und KI eröffnen dabei neue Wege für eine effiziente, interaktive Kommunikation. Mitarbeiter-AppMitarbeiter-Apps und soziale Netzwerke ermöglichen einen bidirektionalen Austausch, der den Informationsfluss verbessert und das Gemeinschaftsgefühl stärkt. Der Einsatz von Employee-Experience-PlattformenEmployee-Experience-Plattform (EXP), wie am Beispiel von Carlsberg beschrieben, illustrieren den Wert einer personalisierten Nutzererfahrung, die alle Mitarbeitenden einbezieht und über traditionelle Kommunikationswege hinausgeht. Diese Entwicklungen zeigen die Bedeutung kontinuierlicher Anpassung der Kommunikationsstrategien, um eine engagierte Belegschaft zu fördern.
