Abstract

Zusammenfassung Deutschland, willkommen in der „Null-Bock-Nation“! In einer Welt, in der Herausforderungen wie endlose Wüsten vor uns liegen, stellt sich die entscheidende Frage: Sind wir bereit für den notwendigen Mentalitätswandel – sowohl persönlich als auch beruflich? Manager und Führungskräfte, die jetzt nicht handeln, riskieren, ihre Unternehmen in einer Sättigungsgesellschaft festzufahren, die vom Überfluss träge geworden ist. Statt weiter auf PowerPoint und leere Versprechen zu setzen, müssen wir jetzt handeln! Diese provokative Analyse richtet sich an jene 1 % der Entscheider und Entscheiderinnen, die bereit sind, ihre Organisationen radikal zu transformieren und echten, gnadenlosen Mehrwert zu liefern.
