Abstract

Zusammenfassung Jeder von uns hat erfahren, wie der Wandel uns herausfordern kann, uns neu zu erfinden und gewohnte Muster zu hinterfragen. Doch was, wenn Veränderung nicht nur eine Notwendigkeit ist, sondern eine Quelle für Wachstum und unternehmerischen Erfolg? Was, wenn Veränderung nicht als Bedrohung, sondern als Chance zur Weiterentwicklung wahrgenommen wird? In diesem Buch ist genau diese Haltung der Ausgangspunkt – eine Haltung, die die einzelnen Autoren teilen: den Wandel aktiv und mit Freude zu gestalten.
