Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Autoren bieten zusätzlich zum theoretischen Rahmen eine konkrete Anleitung zur Umsetzung von Transformationsprojekten. Das Transformation Design Model ist ein praxisorientiertes und pragmatisches Modell für die operative Umsetzung. Es unterstützt Unternehmen, Führungskräfte und Organisationen dabei, Transformation transparent und nachhaltig durchzuführen, indem eine dynamische Strategie abgeleitet wird. Dieses Modell findet bereits in anderen wissenschaftlichen Büchern Erwähnung und hat in der Praxis Anwendung gefunden. Ein echtes Add-on für alle Macher – mit oder ohne strategischen Hintergrund.
